  • Once if you have successfully logged in by providing you username, password and plan selection. You should be able to browse the internet.

    In case you are having any problem browsing, follow the steps below

  • Please check if you are having any antivirus which is blocking the HTTP browsing. If yes, please provide permission.
  • Please check if there is any firewall installed in your laptop. Kindly provide permission for HTTP port for enabling browsing.
  • Please go to network settings under TCP/IP and check for DNS, the setting should be "obtain DNS server automatically"
  • Please try browsing through internet explorer, chrome or Firefox, if you’re still having the problem.
